Event & Facility Use Request Form

All events, both on and off campus, need to be approved through the church office prior to scheduling.  This process gives the staff and leaders the information needed to support your event.  Please use the online church calendar to see if there are any conflicts with your requested room/event.  The staff meets on Tuesday mornings to discuss church events and facility use.  Once approved, you will be contacted along with all ministry leaders involved in the event.  All events may be published in digital and printed announcements and calendars as well as our website.
